Shipping & Packing & Payment

1. Delivery time: 30-45 working days after payment receipt confirmed
2. Packing: Standard export packing, or customized packing as your request

4. 30% prepayment, balance against BL copy

Customized Process

1. Provide Your Logo File

Please send PSD, AI, CDR format editable vector file of your LOGO to customer service.

2. Design Layout

Our designer will work out a free layout according to the customer’s file and send the layout file to the customer's email to be confirmed

3. Confirm the Final Layout

Please reply to our email to confirm the final layout.

4. Pay Deposit

After receiving your email confirmation of the final version layout, 50% of the customized printing fee is required before manufacturing.

5. Order Production

It takes about 25 days for the workshop to produce the items after getting your deposit.

6. Pay the Final Payment and Ship

After the production is completed, the customer needs to pay the rest of payment.

7. Logistics Tracking

We will keep our customers informed with the Track logistics information of the goods.

8. Service

After the goods are delivered successfully, we will be glad to offer after-sales service if there is any question.
